Author Message   1313 Posted on Monday, June 08, 2015 - 09:58 pm:        This should be in the Barn Built Buells section but, for some reason, I could not create a new thread there. Maybe some moderator can fix both issues. Heck, it would likely be easier than fixing me... During the recent Homecoming festivities, I stumbled upon the original maker of the RS and RSS decals. Heck, he might have even made the decals for earlier Buells, but the only examples (and lucky for me and a fellow Bueller who went with me - samples) we saw were RS and RSS decals. He said that he thought he had all of them 'in the computer', but if he didn't they would be easy to recreate. I told him that I would spread the word and that, even though the response may not be overwhelming, there will likely be people contacting him for some decals. All the decals we saw that day were original, manufactured back in the day, decals and are no longer good for anything other than to look at. But what could be better than having the original manufacturer make some brand new RS or RSS decals with original (or original type) materials? My RR1200 is still in work and will absolutely need all the original decals. Any chance that this guy has those graphics stashed away? The RR and RS overlapped a few years.
