This is an update on my last posts, which had been archived.

Here is recap:

Secondary sprocket (old design) stripped on spline. ~13 K miles. Replaced with new BDL 29 T kit with minor problems. Was good for 4 K miles and still fine.
Secondary belt : Hole at ~16 K miles. Was good for another ~500 miles.

Aluminum alloy sprocket and damaged belt may not serve this season, rear tyre is about to show up its guts. So I did all of them together. Let met show you some pics just for fun...

Loosening sprocket nut needs steel rod (I did wrap the rod with towel to protect wheel and swingarm):






With 1 m (= 40 ")breaker bar, loosening sprocket nut is a piece of cake. Picture coming...
