Rear cylinder was running much warmer than front so I decided to change intake seals. I've searched the knowledge vault already, and thought I'd ask here:

How do I have a loose intake / Carb when the seal rings are tight? I don't know what I did wrong.

my mistake. Install air filter bracket before torquing. . .
