Came with all my X1 seat harware but do not know what or where it goes

Damn. It doesn't look familiar to me sitting here in my warm house.
I'll see if I can get you some spy pictures before noon Monday.

One caveat:
The two screws can't be all the way tight or the latch doesn't move right.

Yea that pully was an 03 with the diffrent pitch that theyvrecalled I used the middle for a template

it goes under rear fairing. a bit of rubber mount for seat.

Umm, I don't believe that is an X-1 part; certainly not part of the seat, or the undertray, ect. If it even is a Buell part, I would go with something in the S series.

Do not remember seeing anything like that anywhere in the X-1 parts book.

That's not an OEM X1 part. That been said, the two rubber bushings might serve as a good substitute for the hard to find bushing in the front exhaust hanger.
