Alright boys, yesterday I started up my 99 X1 and went to the store to top it off. Fuel cap was one problem so I said F it and was gonna head back to the barn for that issue. Then all of a sudden, no neutral light, no fuel pump, no start. Luckily my buddy was right down the road trailer already hitched. The headlight does come on, the odometer works. It wont start with kickstand up or down, clutch in or out. So, Im thinking some type of sensor possibly. If anyone has dealt with this I would greatly appreciate your chiming in. Thanks guys

If it is the fuse, but it blows again as soon as you turn the key, unplug your speedo sensor and try again.

Ignition fuse fixed it! Unplugged it, cleaned it off and worked perfectly. It hasnt blown yet after 2 starts but I will definitely keep that in mind. Thanks! Ill have to come up with a better excuse for my riding buddy that trailered me home haha
