Ok so in a moment of temporary insanity I told my buddy to sell the sporty, Now, I can't get that motor out of my head(( The new owner is a friend of his & we sat down last night to negotiate the situation. My first hope was that he would just have to have one of the S2's in my DR. & make a swap. & I would put the S2 motor in it swap calipers take a few other bits & move it along as quick as I could. Which is prob what I should have thought of faster. Second was to throw him some denero & swap motors with him, I have 2 layin around. One from an S2...stock And a thunderstormed S1 motor with prob not as many hp as the one in the sporty but plenty strong. But it is not as purdy, which was the orig engine plan for the X1 build. So he is tryin to get $1500 out of me & the swap of S2 motor. & I am taking the 3 PM calipers & replacing them w take off sporty units. Purchase price of bike was 3k Must be 12k at least in the motor. Balanced Blueprinted fully polished S&S SE bla bla bla History is here... Please advise, running out of meds(( http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/745423.html?1406765096 |

I am swapping the motors out. The SE heads should bolt right up there is a similar bracket there now & seem to be the same bolt distance. You can see the mount if you zoom in on the head. Only thing I need to make defy of is the front tie bar mount, there is a hex key cap plug in there now so I am guessing that will be fine also. Can't post pix I am at work on my iPad.
