If the MOUNT BLOCK,swingarm PN 47594-94YA will match up to the rear of the engine cases, WHICH IT SHOULD !!!

'04-up have a different mounting pattern in the rear because those years are rubber mounted instead of using the motor as a stressed member of the frame the way the '86-'03 XL motors did.

'04 up rubber mount sporty doesn't use a rear mount block like the 91-03 models.
Notice the the appendages for the rubber mounts front and rear.





91-03 sporty/Buell cases.



Also the sporty's front head is threaded 3/8-16,where as the Buell is 7/16-14.
