I picked her up in April. I've been swapping out the goodies from my Cyclone that would fit on her. Didn't run very good and had old fuel. I've been fixing all the leaks(forks, primary, intake, etc.) She only has 7300 miles. Sold the Cyclone a couple weeks back with nearly 40,000 miles to a happy man.

That paint color just got me, she's gorgeous. Now she's ready for some miles!

Let me be the first to say very nice. The S1 isn't bad either!

Lovely colour for it. Do you know what it is?

Very nice . Is that a heat shield on the rear head?? Can those be purchased?? My X1 in the summertime will cook the crap out of my leg right there and I have considered making a shield out of carbon fiber to integrate with the tank covers, but if I could buy one of those I might not bother.
Thanks.
Mark

I'm thinking that's an M2 piece but I could very well be wrong.

Nice S1, and that is a factory heat shield.

Thanks all. That is Spark Red Rocket, although that cell camera almost gives an orange to it.

AZ that is the factory "heat shield". I would say it doesn't do much but if you have proper riding pants you don't feel much heat. It was pushing 100 here yesterday and I didn't notice excessive heat
until you come to a stoplight.

The M2 has one, but it isn't shaped like that, in fact you might be better off trying to adapt the M2 piece to the X1 AZ

So the grand plan for it is to chop off the tail and adapt a Sportster tail to it.

JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!
