My recently acquired s2 needs the fairing brace recall so the fairing won't vibrate so bad. I either need the U bolt piece or a way to create that part. I have the actual brace that attaches to the fairing mount under the dash, but need the end that connects to the frame.

There may be a way to produce a substitute out of something that can be repurposed. Any ideas or has anyone actually been able to create one?

Help would be appreciated.

The original part number for the kit is 58892-95Y. The superseded part number is L0900.8
Have a dealer use "Parts Locator" to see what they can find. There's a few out there. Let me know if you need some help.
