I did a search & only got how to set ride height. How can I check my stock shock to make sure it still has good rebound? Do I remove it, expand and see if it pulls in? I'm sure I'll get a lot of feedback about "just buy aftermarket" but I'm just wanting to see how I can check mine.

Thanks

MM

You'll know without asking, it'll either bounce like crazy or bottom out leaving no suspension at all.

You can get them serviced.

If it is stuffed don't ride it.
The whole rear section is bolted to the rubber mounted engine.
Having no suspension could damage the isolators or even the front engine mount bolts.

I replaced mine with the heavier sprung M2 type.
