One thing that is refreshing here is views from all over the world, Rocket is up front if nothing else,
the duc screen like the duc seat may not be my cup of tea but its different, good luck with your project

rocket.... i do like your S1. I mean its an S1 who wouldnt? but why on earth the yellow motor?! What was the reasoning behind that? How can you call yourself a purist when you do that to the bike. as well as stamp "ROCKET" on it lol. And that breather on the plate? Why?

You're trying too hard, Mike. And...he didn't ask for opinions. See the difference?
On the original subject - your putting a Duc flyscreen on your M2 - I am neutral. I don't see it dramatically doing anything good or bad for performance or style. Painted correctly, maybe it wil look better.
But, hey...if you like it...and you don't trash any hard to find good original parts...well, more power to you.

I dont think it looks to bad at all... honestly... it looks much better on your buell then on that red monster! Would be interested in seeing it painted but at the same time i like the clear look.... makes it blend in more.
Its funny cause just as I was reading you made the brackets on a makerbot... my old boss from a different company that now works for me part time hands me a parts and says, ever see a part made on a makerbot?, lol....
I work for a 3D printing company and we have SLA and SLS inhouse, but not FDM. |

Thanks rocket. And whether we are thin skinned or whatever this is the banter that rocket is going for none the less. So if he is hard stance and tell it like it is. Then I should be able to give him a hard time right? His comments wouldn't be fun if no one argued with him. |

Lynrd, i do see the difference. i retract any comments towards rockets discolored bike.
Purpony, Thanks, The material i used is called PLA. Not sure on the difference between that and the SLA but the PLA is plenty strong for it. |

So through all this arguing with the a-hole rocket  I noticed I didn't give my opinion. I don't like it either. It's better than naked and I like the fact that it was tried so people know what it looks like but it doesn't look right. In mikes defense I also don't like the round headlight anyway and it is hard to find anything that looks good besides the factory flyscreen. |

Redhead would be wrong (Ferrari/Italian). Yellow went well with black, and matched the switches and the Accel wires.
Mark in Ireland was a regular when I arrived on BadWeB. My nickname's Rocket. So Rocket in England fit well for my BadWeB name. The Buell wears it in homage to the wealth of Buell life the BadWeB has brought me. Heads are engraved ROCKET ENGLAND.
The filter is mounted American flat track style.

Rocket one things gotta go and it may have since these pics the red battery! Not ripping on you here it just pulls my eye away from the rest of the bike.
As for the monster fly screen it dont look bad does not grab me to say wow thats it I want it but if it does to you great. |
