It may be more easy to swap out the ramp+ball thing.
The disadvantage of doing it this way is that you have to pull the lever further.

it's not the effort to disengage clutch i'm looking at its less pressure on clutch plates; i think someone mentioned the latter models have light diaphragms?

The Uly clutch spring is the lightest and works well in the tubers.

I have one in my S2, and the H-D part number is 37934-06
