I have been having a rear cyclinder hot condition and front cylinder cold after 20 min ride. pulled plug. Rear cylinder plug White. Front cylinder Black.
No codes using ECM spy. Checked and set static timing using ecm spy. My cam position sensor is set in the total advance position. How do i set cam position sensor and could this cause my rear cylinder to run lean and the front not working.

Get a service manual and a timing light to properly set the timing.

Your issue seems more likely to be a dirty injector - timing doesn't affect mixture.
