Folks

I'm close to putting my 98 S3T (43,000 miles) back on the road due to a recent office move. it's been sitting in my shed for 3-4 years and I'm going to need new tires. I'll be commuting roughly 60 miles a day in rain and shine. I think the current tires are Bridgestone BT20's.

Anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks

I have pilot roads on all my bikes except the Uly (S2 has PR2s, all the others have the newer PR3s). LOVE them. Handle great, last forever, do very nicely in the wet.

I just put PR2s on mine and am impressed in the first 500-600 miles.

Tim, I grew up in McLean. If you ever find yourself up Frederick-way, drop me a note and we can hit some twisties : )

Guys

For anyone on an S3 or S3T...

I'm finally getting around to new tires and wondering what size you put on the rear? I've been running 170/60x17 on the rear and the PR2's and 3's don't come in that size. Am I going to have a fit or clearance issue going to a 180/55 x 17?

Thanks

Tim
