Please recheck all the plug-ins/connectors first (kill switch). My uncle once changed his battery on his tractor and then it would not start or turnover. It was kind of dingy in the shed but I got out my multi meter and voltage was good but nothing anywhere else on it. Come to find out after getting a flash light he installed the pos. cable over the plastic terminal protector and it had a hole in the top so I could still get a voltage reading. Well, we only talk about it between ourselves now. Was kind of funny though.

I guess between yourself and everyone on here. Lol. I had the tank pulled to the side checking the connect. All the terminals seem to be seated. The coil pack is plugged in. It will turn and turn but not fire. Waiting for the battery to charge again before I try. I pulled the plugs and cleaned them. I know I should replace but at least it should have tried to fire. They smelled like they were getting gas.

First things to check are the fuses and grounds. And you may need to pull the plugs and clean them out as I'm sure the engine is flooded.

Sounds like you lost spark because of electrical issues or plug fouling. Get the battery fully charged. If the plugs are fouled I take them out, put them in a vise and use a propane torch to burn off the residue. Then to check spark, put back in spark plug wire and ground the metal casing (I made up a jumper wire (10 gauge wire) with heavy duty alligator clips on either end) Ground one side and then clamp the other side to the spark plug. Turn the bike over and you should see a blue or white spark.(You may have to get the bike out of direct sunlight to see the spark). If you have spark turn your attention to the fuel system. I am thinking that you blew a fuse with the new controls, check fuses and if possible use old controls temporarily to check to see if it starts. Good luck and don't get discouraged, I have an M2 which fortunately does not have all the electronics in it, and don't have a schematic to be more detailed, sorry. I am sure someone else will be more detailed.

I let the battery charge for about 30 min and went back out and it fired like nothing was wrong. Kinda passes me off cause I missed a pretty good ride but at least it works. About two days ago it got cold and snowed and the bike sat out. Maybe that did it.
