ok well I finally had time to test the fuel pressure and well its the pump the highest the pressure went to is 5 psi so I will be looking for a new pump, I saw a few on ebay for like 30-40 dollars, figure I get what I pay for, so I will be getting the ford one and going from their just hope that really is the issue.

I would test the pump first. If it's still good all you might need is the pressure regulator and filter.

I tested mine by pulling the pump off and placing it in a container filled with gas. I attached some gas line to it and put that end in an empty container. I hooked it up to the harness and turned the key. It looked like it was pumping more than 50 psi. Not very technical, but it worked for me.

Regulator-P0166.k
Filter-P0806.k

I ordered them from one of the online harley shops. The regulator was 40 bucks and the filter was 15 i think. Plus shipping.
