Looks ok , but looks to be all one piece? how do you get it to fit?
if you buy it & fit one & use it post up on how it fits how it performs.

Yes, they have always been one piece.

Think "rubiks cube meets origami".

The Force system has been around for as long as tubers have. It's L-O-U-D but apparently a decent performer. A search should turn up some results for you.

thanks Ratbuell, it would probably help my bikes performance. as i have the stock smaller diam collector headder with a quite muffler woods Rebel CV44 carb. but as the exhaust not giving me trouble & the bike performs very strong, also as i ride it a lot on trips. & as i've broken pipes a lot of times with Harleys. i think i'll leave it for now, but nice to see there is a new old stock still there. are they known to crack at the rear bracket tab?

No idea. I've always run stock, or a Buell / Supertrapp internal disc slipon muffler, or the full Buell race system.

Your profile says 2000 M2 - did the export bikes get a smaller header than the US bikes? All 99-up bikes had a 2.5" collector here...and if yours truly is a 2", you can get a header/muffler for any US-spec M2, 99-up, and it will be a 2.5". X1/S3 will also fit (99-up), you just may have to plug an O2 sensor bung. That way you can stay stock, but get the larger diameter pipe.

yes they get small headers here , but had the N4 or SE cams stock. don't know why. they also came with very tall gearing, but my one has what they call US gearing. i like the lower gears as think easier on motor. mine has a Australian made aftermarket Stainless steel Muffler it's quite but louder than the stock one.

Might want to this keep in mind...it looks like the pipe they are selling is only for the over-the-frame headers.

BJ why do you say that?
the info at top of e bay listing say's 99 to 02, i thought over frame was pre 99?
to me it looks like under frame but the way the pipe goes up & cross's over looks like a worry, as could be close to carb. they should show a pic of pipe fitted to a bike.

Lakes - I didn't realize there were 2 separate ads, one for pre-99 & one for post-99. I only had seen the pre-99 ad..that's why I cautioned you. As far as air cleaner/carb clearance I did notice in the pre-99 ad it did mention (WITH AIR CLEANER CHANGE), but that was for '95 S2's.

Trouble - thanks for clarifying.

I have never heard a Force pipe. Can anyone describe? How would it compare to say, D&D, which is rather blatty and metallic IMO.

BJ no problem, thanks for pointing it out & thanks T e .

Well here is how i see it, it is one piece so should flow well. But could be hard to fit.
It has stepped pipes before collector, some seem to think this helps, but i've never seen a direct comparition so could not say. i'd worry the different diamiter's like the pipe gets larger in diameter as it goes on till it reaches the collector, i'd worry if this also makes fitting even harder. i'm sure it could perform well , but if it won't fit the bike.....
i would like pic's of it on a stock buell so we can see.

They fit, they work, they've been around forever.

They're f'in LOUD.

Not sure on performance, always too damned loud for me so I stayed away from 'em. Maybe email Al at American Sport Bike, I'm sure he's got a wealth of info on them...

Louder than a D&D. But its a sweet loudness. Best sounding bike I ever heard was an S2 with a force pipe

I have one and love it....lost a tad on the bottom end but gained it back in the mid upper range. As for sound.....I get compliments every where I go saying it the best sounding V_twin they have ever heard. IMO it's pretty sweet, but next to the D&D, I think the D&D sounds a tad better and equally loud.

would probably depend on the tune you have in the motor like cam compression, combustion chamber carb or EFI as to the sound but, i always found less restriction in exhaust made HD motors feel smoother run cooler at speed.

Yes, they are LOUD! My brother had a system on his 97 M2...riding behind him, I could feel the shock waves. He took it off due to setting off the neighbor's car alarm every time he fired up in the driveway (twit!)

I had one on my 00 M2. for background purposes, I had .010 pistons/cylinders, polished ports, a 42 Mik, force intake and a dyna ignition. Ran like a scalded ape, sounded excellent...when I wasn't the one on it. Because it/Buells exit just below you when riding it felt like I had just gotten done playing football - I played inside linebacker in college. Wearing a helmet, exhaust directly below and very loud, seemed like it just beat me up. they do sound awesome, a very nice low rumble, and had a very cool cackle on shifts/decel but so loud I ended up getting rid of it.

Tried the "quiet" core and surrounded it with fiberglass exhaust packing which helped. tinkered with it a lot using different cores - even tried a paint roller at one point as a test case - it was actually the best but I had a lot of trouble duplicating it - I envisioned it melting so I never ran it that way other than farting around the garage. You will need to rejet your carb, by as much as two sizes(sorry can't remember the numbers) but they look great, fit nice, and sound excellent so long as you can handle the dB level.
