Been going through an extensive program to get my X1 "right". Am close, it is running very well now after reworking the Supertrapp muffler
One issue I have noted is that vibration seemes more on the X1 vs my S1, especially at 2-2.5KRPM. This weekend, I noticed what I think is a broken rear motor mount, see pic.
Is this broken and if so how difficult is it to replace?

Certainly looks like a knackered isolator.
Change the pair. If you're reasonably confident with the spanners it's not too hard a job, easier with a friend though.

The job is almost easy on an X1 with the removable panel on the frame.
The hardest part is getting those bolts loose.
Crack those huge bolts loose but don't remove yet. (locktite is in there)
Jack up rear of bike with a hoist from above so wheel is just barely touching ground.
remove rear hugger, frame panel all other obvious stuff.
take off rear tiebar so that rear of bike and engine now waggle relative to each other.
You should be able to remove the isolators now.
Make sure you get the newer style with the funny "ears"
and make sure the rollpins aren't sticking out too far so that they will seat fully.
Your belt guard will need to be trimmed to clearance the new ears on the new isolator.
(I suggest a hacksaw)

You found the problem!
I've had two X1Ws and both of them have been really smooth running bikes.
How does the front isolator look?
