It looks like it would be easy, has anyone done this? I wanna keep the front the same but change the rear end on my S3T.

The S1 subframe is shorter and fixed at a steeper angle than the S3 subframe, so a swap is not just a bolt on exercise between these two. You need to cut the back off the subframe and make some plates to angle the seat correctly. I think the M2 would probably be easier as it uses the longer subframe, but again there are small differences between the models which mean you would probably have to make some modifications.
