I just got done doing this and one of my buddies didn't know this one so maybe it'll help somebody here.
Take off your handlebars/clip ons, tape off any control locating holes and shoot them full of that insulating foam in a can from the hardware store.
Get the kind that you have to remove with acetone, let sit for a half hour, trim the excess off with a razor blade and dig out a section for a bar end mirror or bar end weight and let it sit for a few hours until it fully cures.
This will really help with the tuning fork syndrome.

Does this really work? Because foam grips and anti vibe bar ends aren't doing the trick.

Yes, it really helps.
I haven't tried it but I think that PlastiDip poured in there might do a better job as you should be able to fill it solid.
There are also commercial products for the job:

There's only one full proof way to make ur hand stay awake. Twist the throttle open and hold on. That's how I do it lol

Mighty_mouse,
I just dug some of the insulating foam out of my S2's r/h bar and put on this really heavy bar end weight and it's the vibes are minimal.

I'll pull one of mine out and weigh it. Still not sure what I'm going to fill it with.
