Hello all, have had an X1 for a couple of months. 12,500 mi, all seems good except for erratic operation. the AFV is pegged max at 1.4 according to spy. I have checked fuel pressure(good) and no codes with the spy. Intake and head temp read the same cold, and the head goes up when warm. TPS reads out smoothly in spy, goes up to 100% at WOT.

Going for the shotgun fix:

1. Injectors sent out for flow test and clean.
2. Replace ALL seals in the intake system.
3. Pulling the Supertrapp discs, making sure that the stuffing has not come out and plugged the baffles. The header connection is coming apart for some reason.
4. New O2 sensor
5. Spark plugs while I am at it.
6. TPS reset

Am I missing anything?

PS, I think I have a lot of intake air leaks!

Not sure what you mean by AFV pegged at 1.4. If your AFV is at 140%,, then replacing the intake seals (and injector o-rings) should bring that down.

Yes, 140% been a bit since I looked at spy, but the AFV virtual analog scale was all the way right.
