Does anyone know if it is possible to have the same light say those LEDs static(daytime running) and at the same time flash when I use the turn signal? I've been searching the interweb and have 0 results all I get is how to make your Christmas lights flash lol. If anyone has any info please let me know thank you very much.

If your headlight is on...nobody will see those LEDs.

Just sayin'.

I had that headlight on my X1 2 years ago,
love the integrated turn signals. its a 7 inch and you need to make a ring to fit it in the stock bucket. the headlight itself sucks for night time riding btw.

Perhaps It would just be easier/cheaper putting high quality LEDs and a HID conversion In my stock headlight. Is it possible to take the glass off the stock headlight to get in the interior of it? And also could you by any chance shoot me a wiring diagram of how I would need to wire it or a set of instructions? I would appreciate it thank you for your help

The stock light is a sealed beam IIRC. I converted my S2 to an h4 conversion from Hella, it gives you the replaceable bulb feature. I also went with the "e-code" lighting spread, it really lights up the road better than our DOT spec lights.

if you go HID you need to get one designed for "hi-lo" operation and it will come with a motor type assembly to move the bulb instead of lighting a different filament. DDMtuning is a popular source for HID. hit eBay for the hella setup.

You're on your own for the LEDs. anything that close physically to your headlight light source is going to be totally washed out. Better off getting LEDs built into mirrors or putting them somewhere else on the front end.

I figured if they were a different color it would be visible like white for headlight and a amber or blue for LEDs

I've decided I'm going to do a industrial strength led light from flexfire I've been doing research all day and came across these they r the brightest on the market I'm contacting to see if I can incorporate them into a LED under glow for my motorcycle.(not for everyday use obviously lol) also does anyone know if the bulb on the stock headlight can be changed or is it permanent?
