Will the billet style foot controls from an S2 fit an X1?

Anything's possible...

But definitely NOT a bolt on affair - if you're asking about the complete sideplates.

Kind of makes me think back to my vision of the ideal tuber, but I digress...

Ironically there's not really any billet in the picture,

Um...no. Not unless you're really good at fabricating.

Please don't. Please don't destroy rare S2 parts for use on your X1. And my two best friends have X1s. Great bikes. But if you want/need a more relaxed foot control position, with fab your own parts or buy a more appropriate bike for your needs.

Sorry, sentiment has settled in...

No worries... I'm not going to hack something like that up. They're on eBay for about $50 right now. I'm building my X1 from scratch and don't have controls yet. Heck I don't even have an engine yet. I'm just collecting parts one step at a time...I'll look elsewhere and let an early tuber get those.

As much as I'd like to get the lsl rearsets, unless someone's got a set they want to get rid of real cheap they're out of my price range...at least they are right now. I still have quite a few parts to get though...

Statistically, the X1 is the most common type of tube frame Buell.
You may have an easier time just going straight with the X1 parts.
