I put a 2000 M2 swingarm on my 1996 S1 everything was fine till i put the matching caliper mount ans caliper on the mount rubs the rim! Does someone have a assembly pic out of the manual so i can see is i am missing a spacer?

Thank you thats what I needed but thats also how mine is together so now i need to figure out why it is binding!

The caliper mount is hitting the rim at the center near the bearing wall

Sorry for the long exposure time, the picture is a little too bright.

Here's my caliper mount that got powdercoated last winter.

Somehow your bearing seems to sit much further inside than on my bike, where it is flush with the hub.

You just rattled my brain I bet the interior spacer fell out of place did mot even think about it!

Oh, sorry. Yes, looking at the parts diagram for the rear wheel, there seems to be a large washer on the bearing.

Strange, I've changed tires about 10 times now and have removed the wheel at least double that amount.
And this washer never moved, so I assumed it to be part of the bearing.

Ok so in this pic the brembo is on the left the nissin on the right there is a clear diffrence in the wheel side but the overall is the same so what should I do?

Start by putting your bearing where it belongs in the wheel...it's in too far, I agree with Andreas.

Would love too but thats where the bearing goes there is a snap ring that the bearing sits against and it is right to it. These are PM wheels.
