What cover for my 1996 S1 should I purchase. It is for covering in my garage so it just needs to keep all the dust off.

Personally, I've had bad luck with covers.
I've had them trap moisture in there like a greenhouse. I've had wind chafing marks into painted surfaces.

Dust isn't so bad. Comes right off, right?

Cover it with a soft flannel sheet.

My favorite cover was bought at BigLots...LOL. It was in the clearance isle for $7. It is breathable and light. My bike sits in the garage and I use it to keep the dust off.

EDIT: Just saw that you're looking for a dust cover; however, if anyone else is looking for a weatherproof/heavy cover, this one fits my X1 very snugly: http://www.amazon.com/Dowco-50124-00-Guardian-Weat herAll-Motorcycle/dp/B000HS1356

I have a Buell cover on my M2L but it made the float needle stick open and now its leaking fuel.

Damn covers.

The bike *wanted* to get dirty. Since the cover didn't let it...it made its own dirt under the cover. Grrrr.

I just use a queen size sheet my wife was throwing out. One on the Buell and one on the Vulcan, seems to work out fine and it was the right price.
