Okay I have been away for a month. Now im back to put my bike together and my removable side plate that I got back from the platers has damaged the roll pin that lines up the rear iso....

part number is 16270-94y supercede to k0506.2A

Deeleys has 0 stock and I could wait for a month or two to see a 60 cent piece... so my question is. Any one know of another source? its like a 60 cent roll pin. there has got to be another way!
Any help is appreciated.
This is all I need to get my bike on two wheels!

If you get it out and take it to the hardware store, I'll wager it's a standard part.
They didn't look special to me.

Since it is a roll pin, you might try measuring the depth of the hole your stub is in w/ a length of wire, then the depth of the hole in the isolator to get overall length. Measure the dia of the stub (before drilling) for the O.D.

With the dimensions, the hardware store or machine shop, ect should be able to help.

Hope this helps, Dave

Hold drill bits up to it to determine the correct size. Then take the drill bit to the Auto Parts store or H/W store and get new roll pin. The correct size will be a very small fraction larger than the hole in the frame for a tight fit.
