I found a small oily spot below the starter right by the wires that come out of the primary side of case,is that the starter gasket leaking?? there is no other oil anywhere around base gaskets . Thanks

Either the stator wire grommet or starter gasket, best to clean and run for a short while and recheck.
Primary cover removal required to reseal either one.

i am kind of leaning to the stator grommet, since i do not see a drop of oil on the starter gasket, ok well thanks you i am not going to do anything about it as of now anyway since it is a tiny leak.
