I was wondering if any of you guys have one on your bikes and if so what do you have. Once an alarm sounds off, a quick clip of the battery wire silences it. Alarms sound off so often in many neighborhoods, they're often ignored. When I hear one, my first thought is that someone has left their alarm on and something innocent (or inconsequential) is setting it off - not that someone may be breaking into or stealing the vehicle. As was said above "...if someone wants your bike bad enough, they will take it". Cam back out after a full day of work and it was sqawking that its battery was low. Cold makes batteries less effective. Where to mount it so that it is out of the vision of a thief is a concern because if they see it they can take it off. Does anyone use a tracking device on their bike?
