..and it's not in the parts lookup, because it's a part we're not supposed to know is there. Grrrrr.

I need the o-ring that goes on the air/fuel mix needle. You know, the one that we have to drill the plug out to get to, and turn it 2.5 turns out.

Anyone got a crossover part or source? Or am I getting creative with some RTV to try and "un-flatten" it?

And no...the diaphragm o-ring won't work, too large (diameter) and too tall. : (

I feel your pain Rat, I was in the same dilemma and ended up pulling it from an old carb I had laying around. Kawi uses the same carb on a lot of models, they may be a resource, or even harbor freight. good luck!
