I've read a lot of comments that are critical of the S3's stock mirrors. I'm adding an S3 fairing to my M2 and need to get a set of mirrors. Talk to me if you've replaced your stock S3 mirrors with aftermarket. How did they go on? Are they an improvement on the S3?

"i" put XB12R mirrors on my S3T and look like the S3 OEM's ...

They are longer and "i" think the part number ends in -06 ...

I'd recommend the stockers.I witnessed a friends S3t mirror loosen and fall off on the highway.We spun around,came back and re-attached it without even broken glass!!

I have XB mirrors on my 98'S3. They work well and I like them but sometimes I do wish they were a little closer to the faring for slipping past the cages in tight spots. Good luck on your choice. Ride On
