So here is the situation that i am, my exhaust keeps breaking at the bend where the 2 pipes come together, breaks about every 2-3 months.

What id like to do is something different, have an exhaust made. Just looking for some ideas on how to run it, so if anyone has some neat pics they would like to share I would appreciate. already hit Google but it was no helps. also search the site with no luck.

ultimately i would like a dual exhaust that come under the center maybe and out each side or an undertail exhaust??

here are some recent pics on the site i came a crossed.

You have to bear in mind that the engine is rubber mounted and moves relative to the rest of the frame
so if you're going to deviate from the factory arrangement, you will have to make a flexible section like they do in cars.

well iv seen the undertail done several different ways, this is probably the way i will go but not sure what the best way to go. I haven't seen any of the other guys do any flexible sections.

Most of the ones iv seen eliminate the battery and oil tank but not sure how this is done or if there is more simple way, such as going around the swingarm.

Any help or better pics than i can find of undertail exhaust would help alot.
