I guess they are later tuber wheels in original "blazing" orange color rather than painted original Marchesinis which were white. Most likely this is a 95, it does have the original front disk. The decals seem to be the raised kind from 2001/02. The front decal is entirely custom. Motor looks untouched from that angle. The turn signals are aftermarket and the right mirror is missing.
