The only way the neutral switch is supposed to kill the engine is if your kickstand is down and you release the clutch. If you jumper over the kickstand switch, the bike should remain running no matter what. If the side stand spring for what ever reason does not hold the side stand up for what ever reason and you go into a corner at speed, just what do you think will happen ??? PUT A TOGGLE SWITCH ON THE WIRES SO IF YOUR THINK IT IS THE PROBLEM THE SWITCH WILL SHORT IT TAKING THE SIDE STAND SWITCH OUT OF HE CIRCUIT !!!   Radon30 Posted on Thursday, April 19, 2012 - 07:45 pm:        Really the only safe way from side stand pole vault is to remove side stand. I don't like to rely on safety measures like a switch its not always a positive measure of safety.
