Can not find it in the manual what torque do i use to tighten the two bolts that hold the front motor mount to the cylinder? 96 s1 |

When the motor mount to head bolt/bolts break form improper installation it is hard enough to get them out, WITH "RED" THREAD LOCKER next to IMPOSSIBLE !!! In the 111,208.6 miles as of the last ride have only had two front motor mount issues: Bounced off a car which broke the OEM one ... The HARLEY-DAVIDSON tech improperly installed the 2nd one ... INSTALLED THE 3rd ONE MYSELF, NO MOTOR MOUNT PROBLEMS TO-DATE !!! FRONT MOTOR MOUNT ASSEMBLY Class 101, just PM me for a copy ... What is a REVERSE FLUTE DRILL BIT ??? |

A drill that rotates counter clock wise the idea is that it catches the fastener and unscrews it, it works some times.... |

Oldog: Had to put that REVERSE FLUE DRILL BIT question in ??? If you "RAP"(HAMMER AND A PUNCH), 99% OF THE TIME THE "reverse flute drill bit" WILL BACK IT OUT ... |
