Where do you hang your gremlin bell on your tuber?

Has to be on the front, otherwise the gremlins will get on before they hear the bell.

Gremlin Bells? Good grief. Who came up with this nonsense anyway? I've been riding since '64 and only heard about these things in the last couple of years and have only seen them on cruisers.

They've been around as long as deer whistles.

Re: all the bells and whistles

Deer whistles?...they don't work either.

Gremlin whistles: during Gremlin rutting season, when the male Gremlin is hot on the chase after a potential mate, the chase will often carry both in a lustful frenzy across a road. If you are driving over 35 mph with a gremlin whistle installed, the gremlin whistle will emit a magic sound, audible only to little, pointy gremlin ears, which will cause them to stop short in their tracks and start singing show tunes until after you pass.
Weird stuff.

Wow fahren, amazing! I once got ambushed by a herd of cows. They surrounded me and made me slip on gravel, bumping my bike at 0mph. Bastards, broke my clutch lever! Maybe a gremlin bell might of worked? I do not know just wondering, will id divert a cow ambush too?

You aren't supposed to buy your own Gremlin Bell.

Otherwise, it won't work.

It's yet another useless accessory with a story used to promote it.

Jerome, that's a great story about the cow ambush! I think the proper bell involved to get their attention would drag the ground if mounted on your frame.

I'm not superstitious and don't believe in gremlins unless that's another term for bad drivers! But my mom and sister each got me one for christmas... so i'll have to find a place for them on both bikes!

The bell is supposed to be on the cow.

Loud bells save lives.

I had one given to me that I mounted on the front Heim joint. For the next few months I was crapping myself that I had something loose in the front suspension because I kept hearing a "ting!" every time I hit the brakes. Finally figured out it was the bell hitting the fender.
Then it snagged under the fender on a hard stop and snapped the string and disappeared.

By S2T didn't like the bell and shook it off after a few months. I don't think a bell is going to give me protection anyway..

Those little bells are supposed to go on your cat so it can't sneak up and kill songbirds.
