I searched and found some cheap plans made my lift has air over hydraulic lift cost me around $200 to build with some material i already had! I gave it to a neighbor when I got my table lift. I've got all the plans and stuff somewhere on this computer, just need to find it... It does require welding as its made of 1/3 16gage steel tubing. It used a 6 ton bottle jack for lifting. I think I had about $100 into it when I was done.
