i am having many many little parts powder coated, ans was wondering if there is ant sort of issue with powder coating the voltage regulator??? MERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS

I wouldn't.

It has electronics in it.

What color are you using for the PC? Maybe you could just paint-to-match?

Also, bear in mind...any coating will hinder the VR's ability to cool itself during normal operation. Heat + electronics = not good.

well i want to powdercoat a bunch of things to match my tank cover and front fender . obviously i have to paint the plastics , i want a bright white with a slight black pearl in it i think that will go great with the black engine and the nuc blue frame. again thanks to everyone ,,i did not even think about the electrical thing.

that pic somewhat reminds me of an hess truck motorcycle they need to make a hess buell toy for christmas.

If you want to keep "a" stock color, think about using Ice White Pearl off the 98 S1W. It's a white, with blue pearl. Should offset the nuke blue frame nicely.

ahhh well i was not going for a stock color but that does sound nice i was going for a white that would complement the black engine and components that i have. http://www.njbuellowners.com/forum/download/file.p hp?id=384 everything in the second pic down is what i want to be the white in cluding the full exhaust which will be ceramic coated
