We are developing a new style Manifold Flange to prevent the Old School Buell Models and the Buell XB models from leaking there what can cause serious problems for all of us. Look here for the progress http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikelen.asp?cid=7& aid=189

Those manifold flanges look like a great idea.

Do they use a commonly available O-ring?

Please let us know when they are available.

The BLAST uses a O-ring and it last longer and seals better !!!

When you order the PRODUCT IMPROVED Flanges, get 2 extra O-rings which should come in manufacturer package ...

Looks like a good idea for sealing the diameter of the intake manifold but what does it use to seal at the face of head?

Noticed they also seem to have switched from Allen head to hex head bolts...

These are going to be tested over the winter, we have some winter customer, nice and cold wetter, lot's of salt. W etry to keep them as cheap as possible, it is a maintenance part. We seal the surface wit a o-ring. It's a prototype we still can change things

What is the advantage of one side of the flange having a hole, and the other side having a slot?

Also would this be a good place to use a "flange bolt"?
