looks a wee rough to me, not a terrible price, you could probably get it lower with a dented frame

And yeah, a sidestand would be a nice thing to have if you ever wanted to GET OFF THE BIKE: )

at least half of us claim to never use the rear brake anyway

They only slow down when moving in a straight line? If you use only the front brake, the rear wheel tends to want to pass the front. This often impairs handling.
