My mechanic adjusted the x1 tail by cutting of just enough to replace the turn signals. From there he did weld a aluminum strip to fit the tail light.
Behind the tail light there is enough space for the license plate holder.
This picture was taken on the day i rebuild the buell.I put the license plate on just a couple of minutes after the pictures where taken ( and after a fast test drive : ) )

The headers have a ceramic coating. In and outside.
The guy who did the coating told me that except for the change of colour ,also the heat leaves the exhaust faster. Didn't try to touch the headers after driving my buell, i believe the guy on his words : )

That's about the same for the ceramic done domestically, considering the old conversion rate, not sure where the dollar is to the euro right now but I had some headers done for about $180 here, when the was a HPC location in Utah.

My X1 came with a ceramic coated pipe. I want to wrap my pipes tho, would it be ok or would there be some problems?
