just cut the old ones off

they don't slip on easy

you will have to use something for lubricant...
i used 3m weatherstrip adhesive had to do mine three times
before they stopped turning

Use hair spray it will allow you to slip the new grips on easily and when it drys it will stick them on. I use the extra hold formula hair spray.

You don't have to cut them off, just blow some compressed air between the grip and the bar and you'll be able to pull them off.

Yup. Air compressor trick works both on and off.

I use either the Honda grip glue or the Renthal grip glue.

Blow air into the center end of the grips and they slide right off. Spread your glue on the end of the bar and blow air into the grips as you are sliding them on.
