Hi all. I moved and no longer have a garage for my x1. I'm using a tarp to cover it at the moment but want to upgrade to a fitted cover. Any suggestions? (Good fit, function, and price.)

I don't have a garage so my M2 is out 24/7 in the weather, I personally have owned a cheap fitted cover in the past and I can safely say that it was money completely wasted (you get what you pay for I guess) I'm using one of those nelson rigg silver streaks now its apparently one of their older models but you can find it as a closeout at a few places, I picked mine up at newenough or revzilla. I would recommend it if you think the price is right for you, I've personally be very satisfied with it.

The fit on the M2 is snug enough that you wont worry about it blowing off but not so snug that you have to fight with it to take it off. It of course has some of those bungees and O rings you can use if you're expecting high winds. I usually don't bother with them unless I'm expecting particularly bad weather.

I got one from Walmart for Christmas a few years ago and it fits it surprisingly well. Although I keep it covered in the garage my brother used it outdoors for awhile on his Suzuki and said it did well. It will pull down and cover most of the wheels and you can't see any of the bike underneath it. Not a bad cover for <$25.

Thanks for all your input. Mrpeanut, what size Nelson Rigg did you get?
