Job Summary:

Motus is seeking a highly motivated “superstar” who can assist in the sourcing of initial inventory for production street motorcycles, help set up initial manufacturing processes, assist in developing and implementing initial production, assist in implementing service training, service manuals and assembly manuals and all other duties deemed necessary. Job wears many hats including managing e-commerce, shipping, controlled stores management, customer service, and a number of other tasks that come with being a part of a small and dedicated team member of a small, growing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate inventory planning and purchasing
Lead inventory and forecasting planning meetings
Work with management in developing and implementing appropriate assembly procedures
Work with management in developing thorough manuals for assembly process and outside service manuals
All other duties deemed necessary
Skills and Knowledge:

3-5 years experience in parts procurement, supply chain set up and management
Computer proficiency in MS Office software, edrawings/AutoCad
Experience effectively managing all paperwork and supplier bids, quotes and files
Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
Ability to read part drawings, bill of materials and schematics
Self driven, motivated and results oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills on all levels
Appropriate mastery and use of spoken and written English
