So I have a x1 and my force exhaust just cracked on me. This is the second time in a year that it has done it to me and I'm not gonna spend another almost 600 to get it again and just have it break on me. I would like to know my other options out there and how they are.

Stock head pipes and after market muffler of your choice, I'd recommend the Supertrapp for the muffler.

Thanks y'all and I don't have a header or anything but the force muffler is good so that might be an idea. And the d&d system is cheaper so that might work too

Won't you have to fabricate an elbow to mount the Force muffler on a stock header?

You could just have it welded. I've welded and rebuilt my V&H a fee times in the last 2 years. I think it makes it a little stronger than the original. Plus welding is cheap if you can do it yourself or find a decent shop.

Found a blue header pipe and got to wait for it to come in and I got a welder so I think I'll just weld it up. Im kinda anxious to see how it sounds

I don't like those force exhausts.
I like separate headers and muffler.
This allows for small adjustments to avoid binding and strain.
