If you do not have the FACTORY TOOL it is !!! It does not include DRIVE BELT Class 101, just PM me if you want a copy ... (Message edited by buellistic on August 07, 2011) |

I came across this when I saw the manual pretty much had me stripping the bike to change the belt. I am stripping it to the frame this winter and wanted to get back on the bike for now. "its back to the roadking when she is down" I made my own tool in about an hour. I think I now could do the entire job in less than an hour without draining any fluids. |

Step 1: sell M2 Step 2: buy X1 Step 3: remove frame section and swap belt

XB has the frame section Ive helped my son change his a much better setup. X1 has something similar? Dean |

XB has a section of the swingarm that unbolts. X1 has a frame section that removes. Different approaches, similar results. |

There were two reasons for the REMOVEABLE FRAME SECTIONS after the EARLY S2's ... Ease for the RACER's to do change isolators and for those that were not smart enough not to SPRING THE FRAME ... |
