I'm not aware of any other paint selection documents. Try an ebay search for the 2000 model year brochures and you may turn up something. Or post a picture here, as long as it's factory paint there will be a few folks who can tell you exactly what you've got. That paint color was just a high gloss finish, no color shifting finish to it.
