I have a 99' cyclone, went to start it up and fuel just pours out of the carb, and won't fire. when I put it away last year it ran fine. I did drain the carbs before storage and used fuel stabilizer as well.

I have no knowledge of carbs, can someone refer me to a buell knowledgeable shop (not the local harley shop) on long island?

also, oil leak from around the oil pump, (not the from the shock, i;m almost sure)but can't figure that out either.

oh, and rear brake line must be clogged, I replaced the pads and the sensor, and can't get any pressure to bleed it.

arrrghggh!

You may need to ask Gentleman Jon. He is over in Sag Harbor, and although he no doubt does all his own work, he would know better the local options, if there are any.

For the fuel overflowing, sounds like your float needle is stuck, and the float doesn't push the needle up into the seat to shut off the fuel inlet like it should.

Without photos, it's tough to call on the oil leak.

For the brake line, are you sure you have everything tight with no leaks?
