Ok so I was cleaning and relocating my front turn signals I found a set of two wires red and black not connected to anything any ideas.

Red and black sounds like ignition wires. If the wire gauge is big, then someone probably did a re-wire on the ignition.

Nope they are small like turn signal lights. Has a small two prong black female end its a 96 s1 have tack speedometers and dummy lights everything works wondering about options?

I think this might be for a Euro spec bike running or parking light. I bet it's 12V with key on. If so you could use an accessory.
