I'll spout the "company line" here. Call a few sponsors of Badweb. There are plenty of folks at those businesses who make it there business to give you what you want. That being said, figure out what you want before you call them. Daily driver? Fast as possible in a straight line? Less than $2k? Less than $6k? The quest for more power becomes addictive and expensive. Have a general idea where you want to head and these guys will tell you how close you can come to getting there within budget.

If you have a 27 tooth front pulley, put a 29 tooth on, it will give you more 'leg'
You will loose a bit of acceleration but its hardly noticable.

The 30 tooth sprocket will fit fine if you have a belt stretcher........ it should be in the same isle that bolt stretcher's are found.

Speedo runs off 5th gear, so yes there will be error......you do the math.

You should be able to gO to HD and have them correct the speedo thought right? Since the speedo sensor is an HD part...

One of the reasons I want an X1 motor in my S2 project is because the S2 has a cable speedo and with an XB front end, there's no way to hook up a speedo cable.

you can buy adjustable speedo sensors on ebay or a speedo corrector box of tricks thats fitted to the wires between the sensor and speedo.
I run a standard belt with the 29 tooth pully.

Good luck, none are made any more. You'd have to find something used or custom.

It says Buell but I have never ever seen a Pro charger on a Buell or XL. I have only seen them on Big Twins, as kits, which included custom Primary covers among other things.
