So I have a 2001 M2L
only 7k on it but within those miles here are my fixes and anger issues...

Replace base gaskets and tires at 2500 miles,
Replace Speedo sensor at 2700 miles,
Replace battery at 5000(2nd time because original was dead when I bought it) miles,
Replace Ignition relays at 7000 miles,
Get choke bracket welded at 7200 miles,
Now.. Breaks down on way to work.
Not sure what it is but probably ignition related. It turns over and gets gas but I have a sneaky feeling there is no spark..
I just want to ride.. that is it..

the cyclone got hit..
I got rear-ended by a lady on the way home Monday. Nothing like having a Dodge Dynasty take you out. The Cyclone took the brunt of the hit and I hope it can survive this..I am sore and stiff, but nothing broken the doc says...

Man I hope you are OK.

Get a battery tender and your batteries will last about twice as long. That's just one worry out of the way.

Good luck getting her back together.

What would you value a 2001 M2L that had 7k on it? Plus Baker shifter, 300$ custom gel seat, vance and hines exhaust.
The bike was perfect and had all service done as the recommended mileage increments.

Let me know I have seen CL adds that list from 3K to 8K....

Locally, if I wanted to sell my bike I'd have to ask less than $5K, $4700 might get a few bites and a lot of tire kickers, or it might get it gone. At $5500 listed a couple years ago I had a lot of tire kicking calls and texts and two low-ball offers so I declined to sell it al all and pulled it from the market.

$4300-3700 if you want it gone, you likely won't see anything back on the seat unless you sell it separate from the bike.
